The Pelvic Health Podcast Tidbit Tuesday – Shelly Prosko on Breathing

The Home Page of The Pelvic Health Podcast With Antony Lo and Lori FornerIn today's podcast, Shelly Prosko takes us through a process that she uses to help people with breathing, positioning and cueing. Some nice visualization cues are given, as well as different types of pelvic floor and Transversus Abdominis engagement using breathing..

So sit back, enjoy the podcast, and give one of these clinical tidbits a go!

Below the podcast is the description Lori has provided...make sure you subscribe to The Pelvic Health Podcast on iTunes or Soundcloud or Stitcher.

Use the contact form on this page to let us know what topics you would like to hear more on please!

So Antony came up with a great idea! Small, bite-size podcasts on practical or useful information you can test out or use in your clinical reasoning straight away.

We are hoping to keep these segments 10 minutes or less and have them out every Tuesday. The tips will come from ourselves, as well as from the amazing experts we interview.

I won't be writing a blog post for each one so you should subscribe to the podcast on iTunes and you won't miss them as they automatically upload.

To subscribe, if you have already downloaded the podcast on iTunes, just click on the little round, squiggly thing meant to be some "tool" I suppose. Then you can change a setting to "subscribed". If you have not yet downloaded it on iTunes, search for our name and then there is a big button that says "Subscribe".

The episodes are available in iTunes, Stitcher and Soundcloud (click on the underlined word and you will be taken to where you need to be)

Also, we would love for you to leave us a review. This process is easy but less user-friendly. Even if you have subscribed and/or downloaded the podcast, you have to enter in the podcast name into the "search" field again. Once it comes up, there is a "reviews" section. Click on that and then at the bottom there is "write a review" to click on.

Future podcast ideas are discussed but as always, don't forget to send your questions or topics into either Antony or myself, as well as subscribe to the podcast and leave us a review in iTunes.

Thanks for listening!!
